- Georgia Declaration of Intent- Form needs to be submitted to your county school superintendent within 30 days of the establishment of your homeschool and by September 1st each year thereafter.
- Monthly Attendance Form- Your attendance form needs to be submitted to the local school superintendent at the end of each month.
