There is no fee to reserve the limited number of tables required to sell your used books and materials. We are very limited on tables so please try to bring your own. ALL SELLERS MUST PRE-REGISTER in order to have space to sell.
We do ask that you read the following guidelines and agree to them in order for the event to run smoothly.
USED BOOK SELLERS:
Tables are limited. Please let us know if you need us to provide a table or if you can provide your own. All tables available right now are 6 ft. If you are bringing your own table, specify the size. We will provide a few feet behind each table as well as at least 1 ft on each side of your table.
Set up is on Saturday, June 19 from 1 – 3 PM.
Book Fair Hours are 3:30 – 8:30 PM. We ask that you have your table manned during the entire time. During the final workshop you may start to tear down.
You are responsible to collect the money for your own books. Please provide your own change as well. You decide what kind of payment you will accept (i.e., cash only or cash and checks.)
Assignment of table space is determined by various considerations including the date of the request for a table.
You may share your table with more than one person but each person selling at a table needs to provide their information (name, address, phone and e-mail).
Your children are welcome but there is no child care. Please be sure your children are supervised at all times.
All materials sold must be acceptable to Christian homeschooling parents. The organizers reserve the right to ask you to remove anything that they deem inappropriate. No Occult, e.g., Harry Potter.

We will accept a group that is a Christian-only group however.
Organizations and groups agree that no criticism will be made of other vendors, groups, attendees, the book fair or organizers except to the book fair coordinator.
